Oversees managers and staff of IVPP Violence prevention and intervention programs to include the Bridging the Gap Program, the Empower programs, and IVPP Counseling Teams. This position will also provide training and technical assistance to hospitals at the local, state and national level, including the development of training materials. Supports the various IVPP programs via policy & procedure development, establishing new and cultivating existing partnerships both internally and externally to VCU, directly supervising the violence prevention managers and teams, and provide technical training and assistance on Violence Program development to VCU Health Systems hospitals and community partners.
