The Division of Adolescent Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital at Montefiore is seeing a licensed psychologist to join our multi-disciplinary team in our growing ambulatory specialty program. The psychologist will be joining our Adolescent Health team to provide evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of adolescents identified with mental health concerns and/or positive mental health screens in our Adolescent Gynecology and Specialty Practice. Common concerns include depression, anxiety, PTSD, somatoform disorder, conversion disorder, substance use, among others. Adolescent Center Physician Opening

The Department of Pediatrics of Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, is seeking a full-time Adolescent Medicine physician to join the Adolescent Center within the Division of Pediatric Primary Care. This faculty member will provide outpatient primary and subspecialty adolescent care to adolescents, both to those who receive primary care at Boston Medical Center and those referred from neighboring community health centers and practices across MA. Successful applicants will be joining an interdisciplinary team of adolescent medicine fellowship-trained physicians, providers with strong adolescent medicine expertise, adolescent medicine nurses, medical assistants, social workers, a family planning counselor, a patient navigator, and a practice coordinator. In addition to primary care practice, the Adolescent Center houses an expanding gender care program, a menstrual disorders program, an adolescent addiction program, a teen-tot program, and an adolescent prenatal program. BMC Adolescent Medicine specializes in accessible family planning care and receives Title X funding to provide free, onsite birth control. The Adolescent Center provides same day contraception for all birth control methods, including LARC methods, integrated into primary and subspecialty care.

In addition to providing clinical care, Adolescent Center faculty members are closely involved in teaching medical students at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and pediatric residents at the Boston Combined Residency Program (BMC/Boston Childrens Hospital).
