Senior Software Developer - Autonomous Database Cloud Service
Oracle The Autonomous Database Team is responsible for building the cloud service framework powering various Oracle Autonomous Database cloud services, including Autonomous Data Warehous... e (ADW) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP). These are fully managed, elastic database cloud services that deliver workload-optimized performance and high availability.
The Autonomous Database cloud service framework automates deployment, scaling and management of databases in the cloud and is built on top of Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Layer. The framework features APIs to handle all lifecycle management operations of databases. It also performs operations autonomously based on internal and external events. The Elizabeth Hospice Hospice Aides are primarily responsible for providing direct personal care to terminal patients in their homes. Also responsible for participating in patient team updates. Provides personal care to patients in their homes, SNFs, & RCFEs with consideration for age-related differences. Meets their Activities of Daily Living needs as assigned by RN. Coordinates personal care services, scheduling visits with patient/family. Observes and communicates changes in the patient’s condition to the primary RN and/or Team Manager and staff at facilities as needed. Attends discipline-specific and all-staff meetings, and maintains continuing education credits for licensure. Recognizes needs of patients/families and responds appropriately within the scope of practice. Performs related tasks per plan of care which may include staffing crisis care, making deliveries, light housekeeping, and other tasks as assigned. Documents observations accurately according to charting standards. Maintains timely patient documentation using “point of care” electronic charting. Performs basic skills included in competencies checklist, policies/procedures and standards that are required for agency. Reports to primary RN or Team Manager any changes of condition, injuries of unknown origin, or patient/family/facility concerns in a timely manner.
The Elizabeth Hospice Provides professional nursing care under supervision of RN for assigned patients across the life span (perinatal, pediatrics, and adults) in patients’ homes or facilities accordin... g to established standards and practice. Participates as a team member of the clinical interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate resources to all internal/external customers. Follows The Elizabeth Hospice rules, policies, procedures, applicable laws and standards addressed in the Compliance Program.
