TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEADERSHIP ROLE: •Master or equivalent degree from a premier institution in Business Administration, Sustainability, Public Administration, Policy, International Relations, Development, Social Entrepreneurship, Social sciences, Economics, Education or any related fields with an excellent academic record; •Overall, 15+ years of work experience, including experience at a leading consulting /advisory firm or as a practitioner in corporates, multilateral, or bilateral organizations or experience at a top social impact organization in a leadership capacity; •Successful track record in building a business and managing its P&L; •Experience in managing multiple work streams in a program, driving performance management with on-ground partners and clients, and setting up and operationalizing strong project management systems and processes; •Highly proficient in stakeholder management across all levels in the client organizations as well as within the firm; •Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and perform in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; •A passion for international development, typically evidenced by a strong interest and prior exposure to global issues; •Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of international public agencies or similarly complex environments.
