This Provisional Fellow role provides the opportunity to gain experience in transoesophageal echocardiography and cardiothoracic anaesthesia. This will involve perioperative transoesophageal echocardiography, adult cardiac and thoracic anaesthesia. At the conclusion of the fellowship, the individual will have developed the necessary skills to be able to work independently as a consultant cardiothoracic anaesthetist.
