What you’ll be working on
Build, maintain, and optimize product listing pages for the best customer and omnichannel experience. Including A+ content, product descriptions, and images
Coordinate with the e-commerce team on marketplace support cases to sell successfully on e-commerce sites including Amazon. Conduct investigations into listing suspensions, account health issues, and policy notices
Generate performance reports and use results to analyze, optimize and ensure positive results for products in different phases of the life cycle
Diagnose issues and develop POA’s
Your experience
Detail oriented writing skills are required
Previous experience with documentation or POA creation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
High Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite
Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
Preferably previous experience with any marketplace seller
