Celebrating its 10th year of producing classic theatre at the historic Sedgwick Theater in Northwest Philadelphia, Quintessence Theatre Group’s board and staff have been hard at work planning for the next decade. Reporting to the Managing Director (MD) and working closely with the Artistic Director (AD) and appropriate members of the Board of Directors, the Development Director (Director) will spearhead development efforts as Quintessence Theatre Group continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the Director will have the unique opportunity to build on years of organizational growth and lead fundraising efforts that will shape the cultural landscape of Northwest Philadelphia.

DETAILS
Full Time Permanent/Exempt Position to start immediately.
Salary range: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications, starting at $50,000/year, HMO health plan and dental insurance offered
