The organization seeks a Bilingual Clinical Case Manager to provide trauma-informed clinical case management for participants in the Families with First Five Family-Centered Mental Health Program.
POSITION SUMMARY
This full-time position will provide trauma-informed clinical case management for participants in the Families with First Five Family Centered Mental Health Program.
This Clinical Case Manager will conduct therapeutic contact with clients and support intakes, screen participants, develop case management plans, provide referrals. They will also schedule and coordinate the logistics of the Family Engagement Groups and Activities. This position will be supervised by the Coordinator of the First 5 program and work closely with the clinical therapy team.

POSITION SUMMARY The Client Advocate provides crisis intervention, case management, and supportive counseling to emergency safe house residents. The Client Advocate is responsible for providing a safe, healthy and welcoming environment for residents. Services provided are voluntary and include safety planning, peer counseling, case management, information and referral, and group facilitation. All services are provided within the context of a trauma-informed approach and in conjunction with community partners and other CORA departments. This position involves responsibilities at multiple sites throughout San Mateo County.

POSITION SUMMARY This is a new position designed to help CORA manage the pathway for clients from contact to engagement with services. Clients reach out to our CSS hotline for a variety of reasons. They may be seeking mental health services, legal assistance, housing or other resource navigation. Our Hotline staff are expert at assessing immediate danger, working intensively with callers to address any immediate issues of safety and of providing point of call referrals. However, there are callers that require a longer assessment, might be appropriate for our legal line services, may need mental health services, and require a less rushed and more in-depth assessment and referral conversation. Additionally, once it is determined that a client meets eligibility to access CORA services, we need a staff Point of Contact that follows that client until the warm hand off to the appropriate program can be made. This is the integral role of the Intake Specialist. This position is key to ensuring that CORA’s services are provided to clients in a manner that is trauma-informed, effective and quickly responsive. The idea candidate is someone with a case management background, and potentially hotline experience, who enjoys meeting a wide array of clients and helping them to access the full range of CORA services as well as connect with community resources.

The Safe House Progr... am Assistant (SHPA) is responsible for staff coverage during varied shifts including morning, evening/late night, overnight, holiday and weekend hours while providing back-up support to other safe house staff (both administrative and programmatic) and direct services to safe house clients. The SHPA responds to the 24-hour crisis hotline and provides advocacy, information, and referrals to those who have experienced domestic violence in the community.
