The Red Hat Talent Center of Excellence team is looking for a Talent Program Manager for Hiring Assessments to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for building, promoting, and evaluating the effectiveness of the assessment programs and products, including our behavioral interviewing program and technical assessment tools, used in our talent acquisition process. You’ll play an integral part in working within the team to understand each product, helping to develop solutions that continuously improve existing programs. I/O Test Developer/Item Writer for Translation Review

One of the steps often requested by our clients following translation is a review of the translated items by an I/O psychologist for potential cultural bias or any other issues that may be present in the translation of the items or scales/sub-scales.

As a result, we're constantly looking to expand our database of independent I/O psychologists who are interested in helping us with this.
