What you'll be doing:
Managing full-cycle recruiting process for a number of international openings
Working closely with hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture and values
Actively sourcing, interviewing and selecting exceptional talent
Working on both technical and non-technical roles
Representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
Providing an amazing candidate's experience every time
Contributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand and hiring strategy
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
+2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in house
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Strong online candidate sourcing skills
Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
Experience closing senior-level candidatesand negotiating offer terms
Ability to deliver challenging recruiting projects on time while maintaining high standards
Startup mindset and a hunger to achieve great results

betPawa is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to drive the entire staff acquisition process, first at a local level and eventually across our global office network.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter with a strong entrepreneurial drive to establish and strategically grow the entire global recruitment department for our exciting sports betting company.
We have doubled our customer base and team size over the last year and we aim to continue to grow at the same rapid pace. The Recruitment Team Lead will join the existing Tallinn HR team of three people (Recruiter, HR Specialist and Head of HR) and will cooperate with hiring managers in nine offices across Europe and Africa as well as planned future offices (up to 15 in 2020) as we grow, playing a strategic role in betPawa's global recruitment.
