*het benaderen en het binnen halen van (passieve) kandidaten
*het faciliteren, opzetten en uitvoeren van interviews
*het verzamelen, challengen en uitwerken van feedback
*het terugkoppelen van feedback naar de kandidaten en eventuele agencies waar we mee samen werken
*het blij maken van nieuwe collega’s door een offer te doen
*het meedenken over de onboarding van deze nieuwe collega’s
En dat allemaal terwijl je scherp in de gaten houdt of kandidaten uit het juiste hout gesneden zijn om aan te kunnen sluiten bij onze unieke cultuur van zelfsturendheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
Enkele uitdagingen waar wij komende tijd actief mee aan de slag gaan;
*Het aannemen van nieuwe collega’s
*Het implementeren en uitrollen van een nieuwe applicant tracking system
*Het uitbreiden en professionaliseren van ons employer brand
*Het verbeteren van ons recruitment proces
*Het verbeteren van ons onboarding proces
Het recruitment team bestaat momenteel uit 5 collega’s; Head of Onboarding, Recruitment Lead, twee Recruiters en een Executive Assistant, en wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Wat we zoeken;
*+3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in full-cycle recruitment (geen cv-schuivers alsjeblieft)
*Ervaring in het opzetten of actief bijdragen van (recruitment) evenementen en networking events
*Communicatief zeer vaardig
*Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk vaardigheden
*Klantgericht met sterke stakeholdermanagement en timemanagement
*Zelfsturend, proactief, ondernemend en kan omgaan met prioriteiten die snel kunnen veranderen
*Teamspeler, sociaal en positieve houding
*Affiniteit met HR en Technologie, en op de hoogte van de recruitment trends
