SUMMER Inclusive Support Staff
Glassboro Child Development Centers NOW HIRING FULLTIME FOR OUR SUMMER CAMP! Monday through Friday, 8:30PM-5:30PM Limited opportunities, don't delay! We are seeking EXPERIENCED Inclusive Support Staff for our After School programs! The Inclusive Support Staff will work closely with GCDC staff, with input from parents and the school district to help create and implement fun and engaging activities geared towards improving the overall quality of care and education for each participating child. Inclusive support staff will work with students in a 1:1 to 1:3 ratio. Job Requirements: Experience: Prefer five years’ experience in early childhood, school age and /or inclusive education 2. Education/Certification: Education, Human Services, Therapy majors, degree preferred but not required 3. Knowledge/Training: Knowledge of child/youth development; prefer knowledge of resources used in assessing and evaluating educational, social, emotional and physical needs of children in a multi-cultural community setting; ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a timely manner. 4. Director of Grants
UrbanPromise Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Development, the Director of Grants is responsible for overseeing and developing UrbanPromise’s grant funding currently representing approximately $1M+ per year from 50+ entities. This comprises primarily private family foundations and corporate foundations. The Director of Grants is responsible for relationship management with grantors, writing grant applications, pre-award coordination of all grant applications, post-award budget confirmation/accounting coordination and support for program managers in charge of grant-funded projects, search and notification of opportunities for external sources of funding including grants and foundations, grant reporting/deliverables and general oversight of grant development. The Director of Grants monitors and ensures compliance with grant agreements.

The Development Associate is responsible for managing all gift and donor data processes. This includes entering and recording gifts, gift acknowledgement, and related internal reporting. This person will maintaining biographic/demographic data and ensure proper coding within and maintenance of the donor database. In managing this work, the Development Associate will coordinate with all relevant parties including development staff, accounting staff, and volunteers to ensure strong processes are in place and maintained. The Development Associate will support the development team in efforts to engage and retain prospective and existing donors and support the daily operations of the office. The Development Associate will manage special initiatives for the Development Team including in-kind drives and specific campaigns/funds/strategies as assigned.

UrbanPromise Ministries is looking to hire a passionate and experienced individual for a full-time position directing an After-School Program and Summer Camp. This person would organize, direct and manage a Christian faith-based After-School Program and Summer camp program within the local community in Camden, NJ.

UP Intern Director will serve and manage college students and 18-24-year-old individuals working as interns both through the year and during the summer. The Intern Director will serve as a community leader and liaison between the Interns and UP’s Children and Youth Ministries department staff.
The Intern Director will also be responsible for developing and initiating the new intern alumni fellowship program, connecting these students to the Camden County College admissions office, and helping organize and develop programing schedules and structure for them. The Intern Director will also be responsible for managing and overseeing housing, and transportation for Interns. The Intern Director will also lead in recruitment, leadership training, and mentorships for interns.
Fundraising & Outreach Associate
Histiocytosis Association The Fundraising and Outreach Associate is responsible for supporting the Histiocytosis Association’s mission through the planning, creation, and execution of our programs through the coordination of volunteer and internally organized fundraising and awareness events, as well as supporting various campaigns and appeals for fundraising. The Fundraising and Outreach Associate assists in identifying opportunities for sponsorship and grants, manages donor relationships, and aids the Outreach Department in outreach efforts with the patient-family community, health care community, and greater histio community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate multiple volunteer-organized fundraising and awareness events, in addition to the management of existing Association-led events and the development of new events Respond to new fundraising enquiries and promote fundraising across the broader community Assist with organization-led direct mail and annual giving campaigns Assist Fundraising and Executive Director in grant writing and grant opportunity identification Conduct research on prospective donors, analyzing information about lapsed donors, and cultivating relationships with current donors Assist in developing and managing major donor campaigns and other executive level fundraising efforts Monitor and maintain records regarding charity accountability standards Engage with various organizations and programs to identify resources for the histiocytosis community and develop high impact ways to share (clinical trials, financial support, transportation support, treatment advancements, etc.) Attend fundraising and awareness events as a member of the Association team, assisting with tasks including but not limited to set up and break down, registration, engaging with families, and participating in the event’s activities.
