Accessibility Project Coordinator
Northern BC Tourism Association
Northern BC Tourism is working with tourism-related businesses across the region to facilitate accessible tourism products and workplaces. 1 in 5 Canadians has an accessibility challenge. This program addresses mobility, sensory, or neuro-diverse disabilities through the development of self-audit tools, ongoing advisory and training opportunities and provides matching funds through third-party delivery to eligible recipients to develop and implement accessible and inclusive experiences. Additionally, the development and promotion of accessible itineraries across the region will be planned and executed.
The NBCTA Accessibility Coordinator will consult with businesses and organizations to promote the accessibility considerations for their operation, provide access to the developed tools, and manage the accessibility improvements program, providing stakeholders with a process by which to apply for third-party contributions to accessibility improvements for their operation.

This is a term-contract position reporting directly to the CEO and can be based in a location throughout the Northern BC region. Travel throughout the region may be required.

Bold Promotions has been serving the Promotional Products industry in Fort St. John for over 5 years and is looking to expand the team with a role in production.
This role will assist in the decoration and preparation of products for clients. Primary responsibility will be to embroider clothing and soft goods with client logos, paying close attention to consistency of logo placement and colors. Additional responsibilities will include working with the heat press to apply decals and patches to garments. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
· Must be detail-oriented and adhere to high quality standards
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy boxes
Preferred Qualifications:
· Sewing background and knowledge is an asset
· Previous experience operating embroidery or heat press machines is an asset

What will I be doing?
Reporting directly to the Guest Services Manager, you are responsible delivering an excellent guest and member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Check-ins and check outs of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
Assign guests to hotel rooms
Takes reservations via telephone, fax and other correspondence
Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information accurately and in a timely manner
Resolving guests complaints and concerns as well as acknowledging guests in the lobby.
Ensuring the lobby and work area is clean and free of debris
Ensuring Home2 Market is fully stocked and Coffee 2 Tea is fresh
Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
Oversee and monitors boardroom operations which includes preparation and cleaning
Assist other departments wherever necessary
Other duties as assigned by the management
