Contributes to the professional development of all team members and provides monitoring and mentoring of students to ensure proper training in assisting patients, families and staff. Communicates effectively with patients about the procedure to be performed in order to obtain information and to offer reassurance. Qualifications Requirements: Associates Degree Preferred. May substitute degree for graduation from an accredited school of Echocardiography Technology. One year hands-on experience in Echocardiography in a comparable healthcare setting preferred. Must obtain CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hire date
