The City’s Race and Social Justice Coordinator performs a variety of outreach, administrative, analytical, and strategic operational duties in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion at the City of Lynnwood. This position will lead projects, foster outreach and engagement, facilitate and teach on a variety of DEI topics to empower employees to incorporate the principles of racial and social equity to better serve our diverse community. The work of this position centers on serving our diverse community, and centers on developing city policies and practices to promote equity and advance opportunities for all in Lynnwood.
