Nye Communities Coalition Job Description NyE Communities Coalition seeks a motivated, self-directed, organized individual committed to working with community partners to build systems and relationships to address community issues related to substance misuse, behavioral health, and how the community addresses the connection between those problems. Activities will include clinical supervision of Licensed Social Workers, coordinating and/or conducting training on evidence-based practices relevant to mental health for staff, partners, and the community. Attend bi-monthly Behavioral Health Services team meetings to coordinate care, discuss common issues, and identify solutions. The LCSW will collaborate with Behavioral Health Services Team to develop a phone triage system for providing triage support for crisis situations and urgent matters. The LCSW will provide clinical supervision for LCSW interns, develop policies and systems, provide crisis intervention, and maintain accurate records. They are required to work within the scope of the grants assigned. All work will be done at NyE Communities Coalition and may allow for a remote work plan. Hours Per Week Full-time or Part-time or Contract
Pay Range Employed FT/PT $36-$38 per hour or Contracted $44 per hour

Minimum Education and Other Requirements • Current Nevada Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Supervisor • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) • Ability to supervise LCSW interns • Proficient with Office tools and software
