The payroll administrator is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing and preparation in a fast-paced environment for all domestic US employees for multiple operating units and states. The Administrator ensures accuracy and efficiency of multi-state and multi-company payrolls, levels of customer service, data integrity, and calculating special payments (incentives and bonuses) consistent with local, state and federal wage laws.

You bring:

5+ years' work experience in payroll/accounting role
PDS or UKG expertise highly preferred
Previous experience managing multi-state payrolls required
Intermediate Excel Skills Required including manipulation of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and
Experience with tax withholding familiarity and garnishment processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills and keen attention to details
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to
meet deadlines
Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information always exhibite
Strong analytical skills
Ability to interact well within a team environment
Effectively focuses on multi-tasks
Ability to manage and influence in a cross-functional matrix environment

Compensation Rate: $70,000 - $80,000 annually plus Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401(k), Company-paid Life/Disability Insurance.
