As an integral member of the Human Resources team, this person will be responsible for the HR information system, corporate policies/programs, compliance, reporting and metrics.
They are seeking a motivated individual with very high personal and professional values and a desire to make an impact and grow with the company. This is a hands-on role; the manager must be able to work at a detailed level but also be able to participate in strategy and lead improvements.

The payroll administrator is responsible for all aspects of payroll processing and preparation in a fast-paced environment for all domestic US employees for multiple operating units and states. The Administrator ensures accuracy and efficiency of multi-state and multi-company payrolls, levels of customer service, data integrity, and calculating special payments (incentives and bonuses) consistent with local, state and federal wage laws.
You bring:
5+ years' work experience in payroll/accounting role PDS or UKG expertise highly preferred Previous experience managing multi-state payrolls required Intermediate Excel Skills Required including manipulation of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
