The successful candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to actively source for top talent to fill vacant positions in alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss existing and upcoming recruitment needs in close cooperation with the HR Business Partner.
Draft, align and post job advertisements on various channels.
Sources and screens resumes for qualified candidates based on job description requirements; engages with candidates through internal postings, employee referrals, job boards, social media, cold calling, direct sourcing, networking, and other alternative recruiting methods.
Attract top talent through job fairs, social media, campus recruiting and tactical grassroot campaigns.
Apply critical thinking and creativity to find new ways to reach candidates.
Close communication with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the job requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
Screens resumes and create a long-list to discuss with Hiring Manager.
Conducts initial phone screen with all internal and external qualified candidates, makes recommendations to Hiring Manager on final selection, and schedules interviews.
Provide information about the status of all recruiting projects to the HR Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Human Resources as well as the Hiring Manager.
Maintain a high sense of urgency with filling positions and ability to manage multiple positions at one time.

Assist with posting jobs in Applicant Tracking System and job boards identified by the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Specialist
Assist with scheduling interviews and phone screens
Updating candidate records in Applicant Tracking System
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Close communication with Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Specialist to ensure that the job requirements and expectations are clear and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria

REQUIREMENTS
Qualification or Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years Recruiting or Human Resource support role experience
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a must; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
Must have strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resource information.

HR Business Partner - Mexico City

Under the direction of the Head of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for will be responsible for all Human Resources related matters pertaining the Mexico City office. The HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management and employees and will provide guidance on Human Resources related matters, activities, policies, programs, processes, etc. The HR Business Partner will work closely together with the HR Team in both Boca del Rio, Veracruz as well as Houston, Texas (USA).
DESCRIPTION

Provides day-to-day support and expert advice, guidance and recommendations to the local managers and the local management team on all operational and strategic HR issues.
Support and drive the implementation of corporate and local HR projects, systems and procedures as needed.
Ensure and promote management of cyclical HR focal areas like Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Development and Compensation & Benefits projects in line with local and corporate guidelines.
Collaborate with Managers as a strategic partner to the business to ensure that HR is a strategic partner to management, involved in the decision-making process at an early stage.
Manage the recruitment and selection process of personnel for their respective location.
Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding process, analyze data for trends and make recommendations for improvement
Deal with complex or sensitive day-to day people management issues.
Assist with the Payroll process for their respective location (payroll through an external provider):
Administer bi-monthly and weekly (if applicable)
Provide support to employees regarding benefits and the delivery of the benefit programs.
Administer and assist with the creation and implementation of the Company’s HR policy and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations in regards to employment, recruitment and employee relations resolution.
