Connecticut Childrens The Enterprise Project Management Office(EPMO) Project Manager manages assigned strategic projects, including IS projects, following standard project management methodologies. The Project Manager serves as the leading project management resource for assigned projects. The Project Manager plans, leads, and manages projects of varying levels of size, cost, complexity and impact and ensures adherence to timelines, budget and scope. He/she also manages the overall plan and coordinates cross functional teams, external vendors and consultants throughout the project including initiation, planning, requirements and scope definition, design, build, testing, training and implementation. The project manager also assists in the development of project management standards and tools.

Design workflows, improve production methods and production processes to resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies, maximize production reliability and minimize costs. You will provide training for SMED, DMAIC, 5S, Kanban, Centerline, and other Continuous Improvement tools. Work with internal customers to analyze operations, implement process improvements, develop, and maintain labor standards. Track KPIs and coordinate improvement plans to optimize plant performance. Perform time and motion studies and work sampling to determine optimum staffing of plant. Lead Continuous Improvement/Lean kaizen events to improve cost and quality.

Southcoast Health We are searching for a Senior Business Project Manager to be an advocate of the Enterprise Project Management Office’s (ePMO) policies and procedures. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives, business and clinical projects and process improvement projects throughout the organization.
- Accountable for mentoring operational leaders on the organizational project management methodologies, processes, and tools. - Under the general direction of the Manager of the ePMO, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with executive-level managers and provide relevant feedback regarding the performance of employees and deliverables within the programs and projects. - Provide a holistic status of the overall health of programs and projects resources, timelines, financials, RAID (Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions) and operational impact on a regular basis. What we are looking for in an Operations Engineer We are establishing a world-class smart factory with two goals. First, we want to create a showcase facility that will serve as a model for our customers. The second is to use this Digital Factory to safely and profitably make large quantities of high-quality parts. When our customers visit our HQ, we want them to see a great example of how Inkbit’s equipment should be installed and used to create the most value. The OE will have a lead role in building this world-class facility. The OE will be responsible for developing, improving, automating, documenting and validating the factory workflows. The Inkbit technology allows for the manufacture of parts with dramatically lower labor and processing time when compared to other 3D printing platforms like SLA and DLP. These advantages have been proven out but now need to be industrialized for scale-up and customer use. Boston Centerless This position is accountable for managing and supervising the operations team and services within the assigned shift. He/she will be responsible for all aspects of performance, including process control, on-time delivery, quality, planning/scheduling, process design, and continuous improvement. Works in partnership with others to coordinate daily shipments and balance the production load throughout the operation.
