Position Overview:
As a College Aid Services Independent Consultant, you will take on various pivotal roles, such as financial aid director or assistant director, within a diverse range of educational institutions. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing Title IV aid programs, staffing, and operational management on an interim basis. Our ideal candidate is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and advancing enrollment objectives while prioritizing exceptional customer service and student success.
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of director-level and leadership experience. In addition, candidates must have exemplary Colleague experience and recent experience in a Financial Aid Office setting to perform tasks such as New Year Set-up, Self-Service Set-up, software upgrades, data exchange, management of funds, federal loan and grant processing, originations, and disbursements.
