Project Coordinator - Position #HG-000043
FLIPP Inc
Project Coordinator, will assist with completion of planning phase goals and documents needed to implement services during the period of performance for the USDOL grant funded award.
The Project Coordinator will provide reinforcement for the Project Director with a focal point on the daily duties and activities of the FACER project as they relate to administering communications, monitoring timelines, ensuring timely and accurate information, compilation collection and oversight of the FACER project implementation.
The Project Coordinator will be paid $40,000 per year for years one through year five of the USDOL grant funded period of performance.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
EXPERIENCE: One or more years of project monitoring and/or grant management experience; working knowledge of workforce development programs. Experience utilizing QuickBooks is HIGHLY preferred.
Must be willing to work a minimum of three business days in our FLIPP Inc headquarters office located in Dillwyn, VA. This position offers the option to work remotely two days a week.

Solar Development Manager
Energix North America
The Project Development Manager position will be based in our Arlington, VA headquarters or can be remote only if located in WV or KY. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of renewable energy projects in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the solar industry and solar project development, from real estate to local permitting. A key requirement would be a track record of bringing solar projects from origination, through development, to NTP. A broad understanding of county zoning practices and solar energy is a necessity. Prior project development experience is required.
In this role, you will lead community and client relationships throughout the development process, and you’ll work together with our internal teams at every stage to help us successfully get our projects across the finish line. In addition to strategic project management and demonstrated technical acumen, the ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with a high level of precision and integrity to internal and external stakeholders presenting coherent arguments using facts and fact-based opinions following detailed research and analysis.
Our projects are located across the United States, mainly on the East Coast. The specific location of the projects you will work on are dependent both on our need as a company and your location.
