What You'll Do:

HUNT. 

Meet & exceed sales goals for new business based on the standards set by SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training.

Develop a pipeline of business equivalent to 3-4 times annual quota through pursuit of inbound leads, networking, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.

Nurture long term relationships in target markets (Some of which are: OBH, ACRC, TABS, AMHCA).

Be responsible for forming partnerships and strategic relationships with referral sources and other professional contacts in target markets in order to bring in new customers and clients. This includes developing new markets in different geographic areas.

Participate in trade associations and attend conferences. Develop prospect and referral sources and assist in following up with all aspects of outreach campaigns via direct mail, email, phone calls, in person, virtual appointments and/or demos.

Develop and monitor the status of customer engagements and work with customers to keep them on track with the assistance of other team members.

Create clear sales & marketing objectives with a small team.

Participate in the development of marketing campaigns from idea to execution.

Be responsible for reaching objectives in sales.

Participate in team meetings regularly to guide, measure, and improve outreach in all target markets.
