Our mission is to give voice to those who ... have a new/acquired disability and have been successful in finding both meaning and purpose in their life to share their inspirational story. Through our online platform we serve a broad audience of patients/the disability community, caregivers, health care providers and thought leaders to reimagine what is possible when faced with a life changing acquired disability/chronic illness. Our project encourages the full range of artistic medium that best conveys the heartfelt story.
We are looking for passionate individuals who share our mission and our interested in taking an active role in a growing international project. Non profit and fund raising experience is a plus but not required.

Central Square Theater Central Square Theater (CST) is an innovative, award-winning, midsize theater based in Cambridge, home to the Nora Theater and Underground Railway Theater. Underground Railway Theater creates accessible theater of great beauty and social content in the activist collaborative spirit of its namesake. We also have an award-winning theater education and touring program for young people, ages 13 to 25. We collaborate with our neighboring university through Catalyst collaborative at MIT, the nation’s only ongoing partnership between a professional theater company and a world class research institution. Each season we produce at least one play that opens the door between art and science and pushes us to expand our vision of the future, framed by real time and encounters with scientists who are changing our world.
Finally, the Front Porch Arts collective is in residence at CST. The Porch is a new black-led theater company committed to advancing racial equity in greater Boston through theater.
We seek to enhance our board with new members who are passionate not only about theater but also about science, women, and social justice. We strongly encourage POC candidates who can help us reflect the community in which we are centered. We seek candidates who can help us build new connections and amplify the visibility of the theater. Strengths in legal, financial, marketing (including millennial out reach and event planning)Are some of the skills we are looking for.
