• Plan where to run cables and control circuits
• Once trained, you will be able to set up, focus and operate light fixtures and equipment
• Once trained, you will perform routine maintenance functions such as replacing lamps, faulty equipment and be able to maintain and repair most lighting equipment.
• Once trained, you will be able to coordinate and manage the efforts of 2-20 stagehands to set up and tear down lighting systems for events
• Climb safely and work comfortably at height.
• The specifics of live concert touring.

Duties:
Maintain quality and standards of LED products and processing
Knowledge of using an ERP system to track inventory
Coordinate with operations on pull sheets and identify all gear needed for prep
Making sure gear is loaded on the truck per event
Must be a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented individual
Ability to excel in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment

ROE LED and Brompton processing knowledge is a plus
