Some typical duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
o You would participate in train-the-trainer sessions, create and conduct training, potentially participate in completing QA’s, complete trend analysis, give direction from an innovation stand-point in all areas of the role to operational and business leaders.
o Create and help in the development of NET university to take our training program to the next level internally by offering professional training modules either in-person or virtually
o Help develop and implement an LMS platform to move some of our training to be self-paced and more into 2020 😊
o Participate in discovery sessions and meetings with current and potential clients
o Listen in on Calibration sessions with clients and our QA staff
o Focus on day-to-day improvements, process updates, changes where needed, etc.
o Help enforce and carry out activities and assignments of tasks to QA and training staff
o Supervise, motivate and partner with our Specialists to continue having the department run smoothly

Physical Demands:
- Must be capable of performing very strenuous work and be able to adapt to varying work conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.) Must meet established requirements related to color differentiation and utilization of respiratory protection equipment. Must be able to work in heights and confined spaces and be physically able to climb stairs and ladders. The position consists of frequently performing the following: bending, walking, climbing, stooping and reaching. Must be capable of lifting 50lbs from floor to waist level. Occasional lifting of 80 lbs. from floor to waist level. Will be required to work shifts at the various plants.

Service Technician

Real-Time Energy Marketer
