Contracts Specialist
Employ Prince Georges, Inc The Contracts Specialist will oversee the administration of contracts on behalf of Employ Prince George’s, Inc. (EPG) Office of Administration. The Contracts Specialist is respons... ible for every phase of contract development, from researching, processing, negotiating terms, and preparing print documents. They will also evaluate bids, draft documents, evaluate contracts for compliance, and terminate contracts on favorable terms when necessary. The Specialist will evaluate and audit contract performance to determine the need for amendments or extensions as well as compliance with contractual obligations. They will verify and process sub-contractor invoices and payment processing in conjunction with program performance standards and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
