We tackle complex challenges ranging from carbon emissions, water resilience, soil health, deforestation, biodiversity and human rights; often working with our Digital team to develop decision support tools that support businesses evidence impact and measure progress towards their sustainability goals.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and support projects across our food and beverage client base.

This role will suit you if you have:
- Action-orientated and outcome-focused leadership skills, with a track record of effective project delivery across one or more of our key themes.
- Significant and varied experience in public policy research development, with a mature understanding of the complex policy landscape across the breadth of our mandate.
- Specialist expertise and interest in one or more of our key themes: food and farming, sustainable development, land use, economics, local democracy and system change, and in wider public policy and reform.
- A shared sense of purpose for our mission, with commitment to finding practical solutions to the climate, nature, health and economic crises.
Term: 1 year freelance contract on a part-time basis (with option to extend)
Contract value: £30,000 (inclusive of any applicable VAT) over the contract’s length (approx. 12 days per month)
Location: Home based (must be based in Wales)
