Collect, analyze and interpret data for consumers at all levels while ensuring data integrity and quality. Work with users to determine business and data needs, design solutions and provide support with integrated applications to meet requirements of the College. Analyze and implement data solutions and standards across departments to support state and federal reporting requirements. Coordinate across departments to implement new College initiatives and projects. Serve as liaison between Western, WTCS and Coordinate with external providers. Oversee WTCS reporting and federal reporting.

Basic Needs Coordinator- Vista

To provide a strong and holistic support system for students as they pursue post-secondary credentials and living-wage employment, the VISTA members will build partnerships with community organizations, support outreach initiatives, expand on-campus support programs, promote participation in benefits enrollment opportunities, collect participation and efficacy data, and collaborate with community partners. Instructional Designer

Summary of Position: This position will support Western’s efforts to improve teaching and learning through the effective application of performance-based curriculum development and instructional design theory with an emphasis on DEI by assisting faculty with designing program and course level curriculum. Primary focus will be given to the intentional integration of culturally responsive teaching and learning practices, the design of new programs and courses and the service support, and professional development needed for faculty in the areas of curriculum development, instructional design, and related diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Collaboration with faculty, Curriculum Coordinator, Instructional Technologist, Teaching and Learning Coordinator, and academic administration is essential. Position Summary
North Seattle College offers a vibrant learning community with a deep commitment to equity and student success. The Benefits Hub program is in partnership with United Way of King County (UWKC), with a purpose of helping students get the basic needs support they need so they can stay in school to complete their educational goals.
This position will have a multi-faceted reporting structure to a leadership team that includes the North Seattle College’s Associate Vice President (VP) for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Benefits Hub (BH) Champions. The NSC Associate VP for EDI, who serves as the executive administrator, and the Opportunity Center Integration Manager, the primary BH Champion, jointly steward and maintain the partnership between United Way and NSC for the BH program.
This position will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that Benefits Hub is a core part of the College’s persistence and completion strategy for low-income students, particularly students of color, first generation students, and working parents,
• Providing leadership and management of program operations and resources to ensure program effectiveness and that performance expectations are met, and
• Supervising 3 to 4 AmeriCorps members who staff the BH program

This position is grant-funded and a temporary one (1) year position.
