The position would start as a salaried half-time position that will grow to full-time as enrollment increases. The initial salary range for the half-time position is $22k - $27k.
In Year 2 the target is for this position to be at least 3/4 time and possibly full-time (starting full-time salaries are between $43k - $50k).
