Manager, Supplier Quality
Sazerac The Global Supplier Quality Manager will transform supplier, co-manufacturer and co-packer quality performance across Sazerac globally by establishing and implementing a comprehensive risk-based approach to supply partner qualification, on-going oversight and continuous improvement. The Global Supplier Quality Manager will ensure suppliers, co-manufacturers and co-packers comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and do not create quality or food safety risk for the company.
Manager, Quality Systems & Training
Sazerac The Quality Systems and Training Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving Sazerac’s quality management system by imbedding quality into company ways of working and ensuring all team members understand their role in delivering the best quality products and services to our consumers and customers. They will develop & implement quality policies, establish digital quality roadmap enabling continuous improvement and will create the company’s quality training curriculum.
Senior Quality Engineer
Sazerac The Sr. Quality Engineer is a root cause analysis and problem solving subject matter expert. They serve as a resource in defect detection, controls and automation programs to improve performance as well as conduct root cause analysis and problem solving events. The Sr. Quality Engineer is a responsible for ensuring hygienic design standards are documented and followed and all sites have a quality/food safety infrastructure upgrade plan. They conduct supplier and internal audits as needed.
Consumer Engagement Manager
Sazerac The Consumer Engagement Manager leads a team of brand ambassadors that assist and resolve consumer inquiries across all brand touch points. They ensure our consumers receive consistent and timely support, building positive relationships while protecting and nurturing our world class brands. They will strive to create surprise and delight with all expectations. They will analyze and leverage consumer input working cross functionally to address and prevent issues as well as identify new business opportunities.
Product Development Technologist
Sazerac The Product Development Technologist is responsible for assisting with new product development activities, reformulation of existing products, shelf life testing, conducting taste panels, and gathering information for formula submission to TTB. They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the lab and lab maintenance.
Sazerac The Laboratory Technician evaluates ingredients and finished products to ensure both meet specifications. Additionally, performs quality audits and provides feedback to frontline team members on quality results and performance. Participates in and leads problem solving activities.
