Youth Counselor

POSITION SUMMARY: The Counselor position will work directly with the New Horizons team to support the unique needs of youth experiencing homelessness and/or those in need of sheltering and/or housing. The Counselor will interface directly with youth, caretakers, school and service agency personnel to support progress of student service plans. The Counselor will also liaise closely with SHIPs Host Home Coordinator to help, coordinate, and support select youth to facilitate housing through the host home program.
