Employment & Training Supervisor -- Milwaukee

The E&T Supervisor:
 Develops and recommends program policy and procedures for consideration

Regular travel will be expected as part of this position. This travel will be mostly local, although some statewide travel will

Project Worker Connection Employment & Training Supervisor -- Milwaukee & Green Bay

E&T Supervisor is a critical member of the Worker Connection management team responsible for Staff Supervision, mentoring and monitoring of the Worker Connection Achievement Coaches. This includes:
• staff mentoring and monitoring and creating a positive cohort for the coaches to have initial and continued professional development, identify areas of concern, and generate solutions as a team.
• ensuring staff are well-trained and are implementing the person centered, strength based career coaching model for the project with consistency across both pilot sites.
This model includes rapid engagement, discovery career planning, trauma informed care, community connected, person centered, sector informed and
• understanding the WorkAdvance program requirements for prospective trainees.
• pulling and monitoring outreach performance reports, and supporting staff to reach their goals.
• pulling and monitoring community outreach activities and report out successes, identifying barriers and working as a team to identify solutions for success.
To support these activities, they will provide feedback on the IT needs for tracking services in the Divisions available case management system, and work to ensure teams have the appropriate resources, tools, and contacts are available for staff to be successful.
This position will be lead for facilitating asset mapping activities for the project. This includes:
• gathering information on what activities have already been done in the local area, and what we can be done organizationally to further the local work,
• identifying and prepping data, in partnership with the project data analyst, to support community conversations related to asset mapping,
• facilitating and gathering information from the community on what enables or inhibits people from achieving career goals, what supports are available in the local areas, understanding gaps, and discussions of information, and/or models that lead to connecting people to good job matches.
