Accounting and Operations Coordinator
Trinity Church and School The Accounting and Operations Coordinator follows established procedures, performs detailed accounting assignments requiring an intermediate knowledge of accounting theory and pri... nciples, and assists the CFO/COO in a variety of administrative and operations related tasks.
Qualified candidate should have Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field with 1-2 years of experience. Five years of direct accounting experience can be substituted for degree. Non-profit experience a plus.
Ability to learn various database and software programs to input data, and to perform analysis and reconciliations and successfully research and resolve discrepancies. Experience with Blackbaud a plus. Experience with Dude Solutions a plus.
Good written communication skills including professional email correspondence with a range of people, and the ability to take meeting minutes during complex discussions.
Initiative, resourcefulness, good judgment, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with effectiveness.
High degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Successful background check required for employment.
This position is a shared role between Trinity Church and Trinity Episcopal School, and reports directly to the CFO/COO. Trinity provides excellent benefits including employer paid health insurance, life/LTD, STD, and retirement as well as paid time off and holidays.

Coordinate with team members on the following related tasks for specific programs assigned: Liaise between Account team and Medical staff on content development Report status and updates to Senior Account Management on program content and delivery for all elements via daily update E-mails Update client status reports and lead internal and client status meetings when needed Attend client meetings and document discussions through the development of client contact reports Responsible for the development/execution of ongoing account maintenance work, including preparation of materials for client meetings Provide clear and professional communication to all appropriate vendors and team members relating to assigned projects/programs
