Assistant/Associate Professor(s) in Educational Leadership

The Clemson University College of Education seeks two highly qualified candidates to fill full-time positions at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Educational and Organizational Leadership Development (EOLD). These 9-month appointments will begin in fall 2024 and involve research, service, and teaching in multiple modalities and advising graduate students across multiple P-12 educational leadership programs, including the building-level (MEd) and district-level (EdS) certification, EdD in Education Systems Improvement Science, and PhD in P-12 Educational Leadership. Clemson's educational leadership programs prepare cohorts of students to address localized problems of practice leading to substantive and sustainable educational improvement for diverse students. The successful candidates will have evidence of a scholarly research agenda; the potential for or a record of grant-funded research; experience with continuous improvement (e.g., research, policy, practice); a history of working collaboratively with colleagues and partner institutions; and a demonstrated commitment to improving educational opportunities and outcomes for underserved communities.

with a specific focus on preparing educators for central office administration. This position
focuses on leadership and teaching in our PK12 programs (MEd, EdS, Global Education and
Leadership Certificate) as well as offers opportunities to contribute to the Doctorate in
Educational Leadership (EdD) and Bachelor of Educational Studies (BES) programs.
Primary responsibilities include coordination of the department’s PK12 program; assisting in
