Care for children with a continual dedication to engagement, warmth, and safety Promote diversity and inclusion at the center by showing respect to children and parents, recognizing that children are reared differently by different parents Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ensure a conducive environment for Early Childhood development by recognizing that children exhibit different behaviors and different development levels Work with the team of childcare staff to create a childcare experience that is second to none Communicate with parents in a manner that is professional, informative, and clear Maintain licensing compliance and stay up-to-date on certifications and immunizations Participate in parent tours and registrations as needed Provide excellent customer service to program participants (registration help, schedule changes, questions, etc.) Prepare and present appropriate curriculum, schedules and routines that allow children to explore their world and interests Ensure adequate physical activity and nutrition to promote lifelong healthy living Ensure program safety and manage risk appropriately Maintain childcare facility cleanliness and safety
