Responsibilities

Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans that reflect the clients’ goals and therapeutic needs.
Engage in regular supervision with a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to discuss case management, therapeutic techniques, and professional growth.
Contribute to the clinic’s research initiatives and community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness including but not limited to social media posts & blog writing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and practices as outlined by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Requirements
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Marriage and Family Therapy program.
A strong commitment to developing clinical skills and working ethically with diverse populations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.
