Have other churches hired this mix of compet... encies in one person? What job title would you use? What is a fair compensation? I envision this as a part-time position. Up until now, these tasks have been carried out by member volunteers. What advice do you have for us?
Building manager would oversee and troubleshoot our fieldstone building built in 1904 and grounds. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Tasks include maintenance, improvement, preservation, repair, scheduling, logistics, supervise custodian, interact with a number of entities that use the building, from a preschool to self help groups. Financial management includes making deposits and paying bills, record keeping for revenue and expenditures, generating monthly reports, carrying out annual stewardship drive, issuing pledge donor statements, generating annual budget.

Director of Religious Education and Our Whole Lives
Chequamegon Unitarian Universalist Fellowship CUUF is seeking a part time director for Religious Education to join us in bringing progressive spiritual development and religious exploration to the Chequamegon Bay region. We m... eet on the campus of Northland College for worship services two Sundays/month September – May. Depending on the candidates preference, the position can be scaled to: Director of Religious Education: 10-15 hours per week during the service year and 5 hours per week during the summer (not to exceed 780 hours per year). Or Director of Religious Education and Our Whole Lives: 12-20 hours/week during the service year and 5 hours/week during the summer (not to exceed 1,015 hours per year). Pay will be $15.00 per hour.
Qualifications: ● Experience working with children, preferably with a degree related to education ● Familiarity with Unitarian Universalism ● Organizational skills ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Understanding of child and adolescent development

It’s a full remake of a guide to creating a young adult community, whether in-person or ... online! We just need an editor to help get the product across the finish line. We are looking for someone who can spend 30-50 hours editing our guide and turning it into a presentable product. The writing is done, but with three authors and years of work, we need someone who can bang it all into a consistent product.
