Responsibilities
* Creator Success
* Facilitate the onboarding process, providing guidance and support to creators to ensure a seamless experience.
* Ensure creators comprehend how to effectively use and promote AsqMe to maximize audience engagement and revenue.
* Compose onboarding emails and onboard creators via personal outreach.
* Issue creator’s bonuses as needed via Stripe.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop educational resources and training materials for creators.
* Work with the team to determine ways of incentivizing and activating creators.
* Create and update process documentation.
* Analyze onboarding program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
* Creator Support
* Engage with creators in a timely and friendly manner to address their questions, concerns, and product-related inquiries via the Intercom Help Desk.
* Create FAQ articles and automation on Intercom Help Desk.
* Serve as their advocate internally to deliver “voice of creator” intelligence to shape our product offerings
* Data Analysis
* Maintain detailed records of creators’ onboarding data using Google Sheets.
* Analyze customer feedback and onboarding data to identify trends, common issues, and provide insights on opportunities for improvement.
