Combine your intelligence with your highly developed analysis skills to distill the client’s true business needs and align them with CBN’s development priorities.

Business Analyst
Required Qualifications

- Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Min 2 years Business Analysis experience in ERP, banking or insurance
- Experience in Agile projects as Scrum Master is an asset
- Experience in a consulting firm or other client-facing role is an asset
- Knowledge of methods and techniques about Business Analysis in Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Readiness to be in hands on business analysis activities, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to learn and take on other project responsibilities when needed
- Expertise in diligently applying Business Analysis principles, practices, and theory (Business Case, User Stories, Story Mapping, Product Backlog Management, BDD, Prioritization techniques)
- Advanced English level
- Outstanding communication skills in both written and oral forms
- Interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Have conflict management/negotiating skills

Job Description

- Work as Business Analyst for clients to understand their needs in Business Analysis context
- Analyses and observes business analysis process in clients to elicit weaknesses and problems, presents findings and suggestions to clients with practical advice
- Works as coach to help our clients unlock that knowledge through powerful questions and supportive practices
- Works as a mentor and responsible for guiding teams into the Agile - - Business Analysis methodology and practices, providing teams with feedback and means of improvement
- Works closely with the Product Owner and Business Analysts and provides hands-on support to all business analysis activities, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles, leading them toward further understanding and adoption of Business Analysis best practices
Product Manager
The Growth Group is a cross-functional team with the mission of driving Contentful’s self-service business through product-led growth. The team has full responsibility for the strategy and performance of a significant part of Contenful’s business and is determined to make self-service an even bigger part of Contenful’s success story.

As a Product Manager Growth, you will have a key role in this strategic initiative by owning the roadmap for a cross-functional growth product team. You will be responsible for diving deep into a specific problem space (i.e. activation, retention, or free-to-paid upgrades), leveraging data and research to identify and validate opportunities for improvement and then work with your design and engineering counterparts to test your hypotheses. As a Product Manager Growth, you will directly impact key business metrics that are key to Contenful’s future growth.

What to expect?
Own and drive the product strategy for your relevant part of the customer journey and be accountable for business outcomes and KPIs
Build a strong backlog of opportunities based on both qualitative and quantitative insights.
Work with design and engineering on developing solutions and experiments to test your hypotheses quickly and drive business impact
Further, develop and validate the KPI framework for your area together with our analytics lead (i.e. define setup and aha moment + metrics, discover retention-driving behaviors)
Support the creation of the growth business case and forecast
Collaborate and align closely with the growth marketing team (which owns acquisition and lifecycle strategy) to drive end-to-end solutions and experiences for our customers
As this is a high-visibility role, you will report your progress regularly to senior product leadership and beyond. By sharing learnings and methods developed in the Growth Group, you will help to evangelize the product-led growth mindset in the company

Software Test Engineer
Required Qualifications

-BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, etc
-Knowledge in database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL etc.)
-Awareness in software development methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Scrum etc.), processes and practices
-Selection of test engineering as a career advancement
-Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking
-1-5 years experience in software testing
-Advanced level of English is nice-to-have
-Completed or postpones at least two years military obligation

Key Responsibilities

-Closely work with key users, business analysts and developers to identify testing requirements
-Test scenario design and execution
-Defect management and reporting
-Active participation in UAT
