Develop and maintain Professional Development Record (PDR) through in-service and outside training
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED, required
Minimum experience of 2,500 verified hours in childcare, required
Excellent, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills reflecting strong customer service and the ability to interact effectively with parents/guardians and school district personnel

Coordination and implementation of lesson plans based on developmentally appropriate practices
Ensure effective communication with families regarding children’s developmental growth through observations, anecdotal reports, and conferences
