INSAT of Canada is furthermore an industry-led vehicle to strengthen Canada’s aerospace sector by supporting cross-industry collaboration, IP generation, and talent retention, and to maximize returns on R&D investments.
INSAT of Canada is seeking a qualified and experienced Director General to be responsible for the overall management and performance of the organization.
The Director General must contribute to, endorse, and model the actions that lead INSAT of Canada towards achieving these objectives, and delivering on its committed key performance indicators.
INSAT is a significant step for Canada’s aerospace sector as it works towards building disruptive sustainable aviation technologies and advancing its net-zero carbon emissions objectives by 2050.

Flight Ops Engineering & Support - Performance Analyst

The Flight Ops Engineering & Support - Performance role is responsible for activities and tasks associated with Navblue Aircraft Performance services, AODB Performance and Navigation and Flight Planning (NFP) Performance .

The daily work and responsibility areas in the Performance Services group consist of management and interpretation of authority data, updating our databases, calculating safe procedures in case of engine failure, generation and loading of performance data for NFP, and evaluating performance limitations.

Technical Product Manager - Preferential Bidding System (PBS)

The Technical Product Management team is part of the Customer Fulfillment team of Navblue Portfolio. This team will manage the domain specific (as opposed to computer) technical support for all Navblue products used by customers.
The Technical Product Manager provides expertise and technical support on Navblue Products. They will be the product expert to answer questions either form customers or from other Navblue entities. The TPM should analyze customers feedback and occurrences on the products to provide leadership and direction to all development activities. The TPM prioritizes the bug fixes and needed enhancements in the Product and, depending on how the product is developed/maintained, follow-up progress with AMS, Solutions or Navblue trains.
The Technical Product Manager provides operational expertise of the use of the product by our customers. They are responsible for ensuring the right level of verification and validation regarding operational use of the product. The TPM is also accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction following the 4 pillars : safety, security, quality and business.
This position is aimed to manage the Navblue Preferential Bidding System product (N-PBS), the Navblue Line Bidding System and Pairing Optimizer products. N-PBS is a Crew bidding system using a heuristic algorithm while factoring in flight schedules and crew member’s bid lines. N-Line Bidding System is the system that will award pre-build lines in seniority order allowing airlines to build productive lines with little open time. Pairing optimizer produces crew pairings covering a scheduling period by converting your flight schedule into pairings.
