This is a full-time position available beginning July 1, 2022 and will report to the Dean of the College of Business. The successful candidate will provide oversight and administration of the H.L. McLaughlin MBA and the Master of Organizational Leadership programs, with particular emphasis on business development, student recruiting, and liaison with business faculty. The Director will be responsible for the development of policy, curriculum management, program innovation and review of programs performance, and contribute to specialized business accreditation documentation and process requirements.
