This is a rewarding practice with 1:6 Call and great work/life balance. Our clinic and its culture are led and owned by physicians and annual turnover is less than 3%. We offer a market competitive RVU productivity compensation plan after a two-year, market-based guarantee.
Our Eye Care Center includes a stable support staff including four Certified Ophthalmic Assistants, an LPN and CMA, two non-certified assistant and 6 scribes, all managed by a Certified Ophthalmic Technician. There is also an attached ambulatory surgery center owned by the Clinic.
We use Haag Streit slit lamps, Keeler wireless indirects, Reliant chairs and stands in all 18 of our lanes. We have a Zeiss Cirrus OCT, IOL Master 700, Atlas corneal topographer, 740i Humphrey Visual Field analyzer and OPTOS California fundus camera. Lasers available in the clinic include Ellex Tango (YAG / SLT), Zeiss 532s Argon with Trion LIO. We do in-office injections with Avastin, Lucentis and Eylea. Our minor procedure room has a surgical microscope and can be divided into two separate areas.
