Lead Salesforce Consultant

The Lead Salesforce Consultant at Cloud Giants has deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and is able to design and implement solutions from start to finish. You will lead client engagements working to create and manage a plan to resolve challenges and help customers to reach their goals. Collaborating with a team of dedicated Salesforce professionals and partnering closely with our clients, you’ll envision and build game-changing solutions using the latest and greatest features Salesforce has to offer.
Senior Manager, Cybersecurity
The Sr. Manager of Cybersecurity will assume a pivotal role in fortifying VentureWell’s critical data, systems, and operations against potential cyber threats. This position involves the development and implementation of robust security measures, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with federal regulations, protect sensitive information, and uphold the integrity of our technological infrastructure. The Senior Manager will foster collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to detect vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, and maintain a robust cybersecurity stance across the organization.
Director, IT Operations
The Director of IT Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, operations, & security in VentureWell’s MacOS environment. Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise and Shared Services, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment. The Director of IT Operations leads a team of IT professionals and collaborates with various departments to align technology initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

Drive the People agenda. Plan and implement solutions aligned to both business and People strategy and goals.
Pro-actively partner with senior leadership to develop human capital strategies and drive the talent agenda. Focus on a broad-based and transformational talent agenda designed to recruit, develop, and retain the very best, innovative talent in the business.
Develop and execute best practices to promote N-ablite engagement and enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to the company’s strategic growth.
Align global decisions, goals, and initiatives to local decisions and initiatives. Escalate and de-escalate issues to appropriate leadership in all levels of the organization when necessary.
Build a great place to work by partnering with People functional specialists and business partner colleagues to develop, implement, and communicate programs aligned with functional goals for benefits and rewards, performance management, engagement, retention, and mobility.
Assess client organizational health on a regular basis and design appropriate interventions. Develop people strategies and design approaches to diagnose and enhance organizational effectiveness with a focus on tangible business outcomes and employee engagement. Identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies.
Advise and coach managers on best practices and areas of improvement, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Act as advisor for People policies and procedures with a focus on business unit and site People initiatives.

8+ years of progressive HR business partner experience supporting C-suite executives at global companies
Exceptional business acumen and broad HR experience with a proven track record as a business partner and in collaborating with HR colleagues, functional specialists, and internal clients
Experience operating in a global environment and providing Business Partner support across countries
