• Post cash receipts - Client and other payments received
• Process ACH transactions – invoices and direct deposits

• Reconcile and process all payroll taxes (Federal, State, local); prepare and file payroll tax returns.
• Assist with quarter-end and year-end closing
• Interact with other departments to ensure data integrity and to resolve issues as needed
• Process Child Support and Garnishment payments
• Reconcile various general ledger accounts
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned
• Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or General education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of educations and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Must demonstrate the company Mission Statement in all job functions and day to day activities by providing an exceptional customer experience
