This individual will handle failures and performance impairments of Video Routers, Audio/Video Transport, Media file transfer & storage systems, Video Switchers, Audio Consoles, Non-linear post-production systems, Production intercom systems, Cameras, Prompters, and other studio production systems to mitigate impact to production and on-air deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience working with professional television broadcast equipment and the ability to troubleshoot it as well as an excellent understanding of media systems’ design and architecture. • In depth knowledge in two or more of the following: Video, Audio, Cameras, Control Data, RF, Fiber-Optics, and MPEG broadcast distribution systems. • Familiarity with Windows OS and networking components and topology.
