Associates in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery P.C. is a privately owned ENT practice looking for a part-time licensed audiologist to join our team! We are a Busy ENT office with six physcians, two of whom are Neuro-Otology trained and two Physcian Assistants. We are located in the heart of downtown Worcester. You will be expected to administer diagnostic audiologic evaluation to allow for the diffrentiation of various hearing disorders. Evaluation will include but not be limited to otoscopic exam, impedance testing, comprehensive audio evaluation,and otoacoustic emissions. you will be responsible for interpreting test results,counseling patients/ families, as well as making recommendations on hearing disorders. you will also be responsible for making ear molds, swim, and musician plugs.
.Complete Master's Degree or clinical Doctorate in Audiology prior to employment start date. . Certificate of clinical Competence in Audiology by the American speech-Language-Hearung Association or the American Board of Audiology. . Current Mass state Licensein Audiology and Malpractice insurance. Maintain CEU's .Ability to Interpret and communicate test results . Strong commitment to patient care and adherence to HIPPA privacy guidelines. .candidate must have strong interperonal skills, passion for delivering high-quality hearing services, and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program & Executive Assistant will support the Executive Director and other staff, and manage the day-to-day administration of our growing organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Provide administrative & project support to Executive Director, Program Director & Marketing Manager – Schedule meetings & appointments – Support financial operations; assist external bookkeeper with coordination of invoice approvals & credit card reconciliation; handle deposits; prepare membership dues collections letters & reports; assist with audit preparation & annual filings – Manage database & event calendars – Support board & committee meetings including taking minutes & sending out materials – Provide support for other BID meetings & event planning, including coordination of catering needs – Assist with social media engagement & routine website edits – Assist with contract/vendor administration, including obtaining insurance certificates & assisting with contract renewals – Oversee IT consultant relationship – Manage everyday office functions including maintenance requests, oversight of supplies & equipment – Monitor compliance with organizational & HR policies; assist in onboarding of new hires & track organization PTO – Other duties as assigned
SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS Full-time, $45,000-55,000 depending on experience, plus health and dental benefits, health reimbursement account, vacation, disability and life insurance, 401k
