Salem Keizer Coalition for Equality
The Salem-Keizer Coalition for Equality (SKCE) is seeking an Executive Director to lead and advance the impact of the organization. The Executive Director will oversee and manage all aspects of the organization including operations, programming, communications, fundraising, and finance. The Executive Director partners with and reports to the Board of Directors.

The position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion and commitment to empowering and advocating for strong families and successful students in the Latino community. The new Executive Director will be bilingual, bicultural, skilled in social justice, a systems thinker, and able to maintain a thriving nonprofit.

SKCE seeks candidates with a compelling combination of demonstrated experience and skills in some or all the following areas:

Experience serving as a senior team member, CEO, or Executive Director of an organization, division, or department of a similar size. Exposure and training on education programs, social justice, and equity in education is a plus.
Experience fundraising for a social service nonprofit, including grant writing, individual donors, and corporate giving.
Experience championing social justice within an organization and as a leader in the community.

This is a full-time exempt position $80,000, plus benefits.
This position is located in Salem Oregon and is in office with community meetings and some evening/weekend events.

Assistant Director of Development for Salem and Portland

SUMMARY: The Assistant Director of Development for Salem and Portland (ADOD) is responsible for developing the donor pipeline by managing a portfolio valued at approximately $500K annually and comprised of 215 leadership annual donors and acquisition prospects. The ADOD serves as the primary interface with the Salem community, building strong relationships throughout the Mid-Willamette region. The ADOD will solicit all Salem donors and a portfolio of donors in the Portland area. Asks include their annual gift, planned giving, special events, as well as special projects.

The ADOD will accomplish annual goals through face-to-face meetings with prospects, phone and email communication, written appeals, and organizational events. The ADOD will additionally be responsible for identification of new prospects, conducting prospect research, portfolio forecasting, maintenance of donor/prospect contact information in the Tessitura database, and stewardship of donors.

Position requires the flexibility to frequently to travel between Salem and Portland, attend all scheduled events, and work evenings and weekends as needed.
