Sports and Teens Coordinator
YMCA of Greater Charlotte
Develop, implement and monitor all adult sports leagues, recreation programs, summer sports camps, and clinics.
Monitor and maintain proper field and facility conditions and pre-game field and facility preparations.
Promote character development in all programs.
Assist with the implementation of program marketing materials.

This beautiful campsite sits on Robinwood Lake across from the Warlick Family YMCA facility and is surrounded by over 3 miles of walking/hiking trails. Camp Tuscarora’s unique setting allows for residential camp style programming and is comprised of environmental education, arts, science, archery, swimming, canoeing, fishing and a waterfront with a BLOB.

Responsibilities include development and implementation of engaging youth development programs, supervision of all groups of school age children, and day-to-day operations of a school age child care center during the school year with seasonal responsibilities leading a high quality day camp program. Must have with experience in planning, parent communication, staff supervision and program development.

A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Candidates must meet Virginia DSS licensing requirements: college-level coursework in a related field or CDA required
