Event Coordinator

WTWH Media, LLC, is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Event Coordinator. This position requires an individual with strong project management skills, multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail. This individual will need to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and be comfortable interfacing with clients.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Program Development to develop, plan, and execute conferences and trade shows. A key part of the role will involve creating and maintaining relationships with sponsors and speakers. The Event Coordinator must be proficient and knowledgeable in all communications and events.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the Exhibitor outreach and fulfillment lead
Serve as the relationship coordinator with all Speakers
Communicate exhibitor guidelines and logistics
Track status, progress, and outreach to exhibitors and speakers
Create and manage a customer service plan
Coordinate temp staff at events (as needed)
Assist with event social media efforts
Assist with event registration (onsite)
Support Event Manager and team as needed
Travel 5-10 times per year

Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
ENTRY LEVEL - 3 years experience
Event experience preferred
Project management experience on multi-dimensional marketing programs
